CANCELLATIONS
Due to the preparations involved in preparing your events we do not refund cancellations. We will gladly reschedule your event if notified in writing 7 days prior to your event date.
REFUNDS
Due to the preparations involved in preparing your events and blocking of our available booking time from other clients. We do not offer refunds.
DEPOSITS
Due to prep time and reservation of your booking date and time deposits are non-refundable.
RESCHEDULING
We are very flexible with our clients based on nature of cause for reschedule we will be happy to work with you.
AFTER PARTY CONCERNS
We ask you to please email our client relations department with any concerns.
Not to worry we never leave a clients home without conformation your guest enjoyed. Even if you duck out of the room our artist will call you and confirm your satisfaction Before we leave.
This is just a precaution for us, we wouldn't someone to enjoy an art event and then regret their lack of budgeting and decide they didn't like the event days later in attempt to gain refunds .....

PROPERTY CONCERNS
Any issues with property must be address (presented) to the artist on spot before the artist leaves.
Any damage reported after will be clients responsibility.
This is merely a precaution for us. We never have issues with our clients property however we are insured.
